Today high speed Ethernet lines supply capacity for everything from your broadband ISP connection to cash machines and delivering them can be difficult. So much so that Openreach’s (BT) Kevin Murphy has warned that some of Ofcom’s key performance targets may be “operationally unachievable.“

A big interview on the state of ethernet, 5G and FTTP technologies.

I noticed at the end he was asked about both 5G and FTTP but only really commented about 5G and the fibre connections in the future each cell tower would need. I'm not sure what to make of that he didnt talk about FTTP specifically, seen as that is the next biggest product of the future.

What do you guys make of the interview?
