Hi Iwish,

It's actually a 2Wire 2700 you're using.

The important one is the Rate Cap which seems very strange as that has probably set your service maximum Sync speed.

If you'd like to PM me with an e-mail address I'll send you a user guide which explains almost everything in fine detail.

Kind regards,
Walter

Oh and forgot to say
We asked Enta to have our line capped at no more than 5mb profile
the line will sync at over 6mb but was very unstable with the netgear gt
it does look to be better on this router, But will just keep as it is

Ok another one for ya buddy
I got the router to take my isp settings on the v6 version of the update
Thing is, every time the router powers off it comes up with the login details that came with the router
Any way to get this thing to keep the login details even after a power down

I simply followed the instructions on the following Web site step by step and all was well:

http://bt2700hgv.tripod.com/063.htm

Give it a whirl - step by step and see if it works for you :)
 Good luck
