I think I was just very surprised that they sent a BTo engineer round basically to do an install. Unusual because afaik and certainly in the past they normally use 'their own' engineers/subcontractors to hook up to their MSAN once BTw have disconnected from their loop. There wasnt any reason I could think of that needed a home visit, but the very nice Mr BTo man put them in what Im assuming was a new NTE5a.. and even put it in a slightly more convenient location even though there was no need and all FoC.
The major gripe with FMP Sky LLU is the length of time it takes them to sort things out. They actually seem to take longer than TT which is saying something
