Good Morning all. I had a lay in this morning, hard work staying there though.
Have a good holiday UncleUB, plenty of piccies mind  :)

Enjoyed looking at Roseway's pics yesterday. It looks like a very fun day when the sun shines.

@Tuftedduck, hope you had a good day have a good day with your judging.

Nothing exciting on the cards today except maybe another attempt at some DIY. Trying to ease into it again. The back seems to be holding up as long as I don't do any sudden jerking.

Enjoy your day everyone.

Morning all.   I hope you have a wonderful holiday phil  :)

Been a bit busy this past week, I think some of you may recall me moaning last week how far behind I was with every thing this year in the garden..  so Ive decided to do something about it.   Its taken/taking me longer as Im still not back into the swing of things..  but I have managed to at least get the back garden looking presentable.

There are things that wont get done this year, but Im happy  to report that so far Ive sorted the fish pond and cleared out a ton of the oxygenating weed which had gone mental.  Replaced what the heron took with some cheapy goldfish.

Ive put in some bedding plants and repotted my plant pots.
Dad and I between us (ok dad bless him -  did the hard work sawing) got rid of a large branch on a tree that was in the way of the patio.

Its a bit too late in the year to do all the fences now as the buddleas are almost at full height, and I dont want to trim them back until the butterfly season is over..  but I am hoping over the next few days to get where I can reach, done.

We wont mention the front garden yet though  ::)

/ goes and puts my work jeans on.... to get cracking before it gets too warm to do one side of the garden.
