I would parade these sick b******s through the streets and then flog them.

Instead they will say sorry and get a few hours community service.......

This is where the law is wrong.They can be named if the judge sees fit.We have children as young as 10 who are and capable/and have commited murder,yet they can't be named for legal reasons......why?
