Yes there has... I guess the news must have been slow that day.
Ive been on the net for about 12 years now, and this sort of scam has always been around in some form or other.

Sheesh yes another old one.. how many times have you seen the "congrats you're our 1 millionth visitor of the day". Yeah rite!
