Not sure if this has anything to do with the Re-Branding....

 

As you may have noticed, due to a technical issue we have taken the Member Centre section of our new website offline.  We are currently working to identify the cause of the issue and in the meantime we have rolled back to the old version – you can access this either via www.bethere.co.uk or directly at https://avatar.bethere.co.uk/memberhome.do.

 

We expect to have a timeline for the new Member Centre fix by early next week however we will not be re-releasing it until we’re confident that it’s fixed and have tested it thoroughly.  In the meantime we will continue to update the forum with information as it comes to hand.

 

If you did log in to the new Member Centre before we took it down on Tuesday evening, and have any questions or concerns please email the dedicated email address we have set up: datasupport@bethere.co.uk

Basically, the re-branded Member Centre was broken - in several ways.
The worst was a "data leak", so it got taken down pretty quickly.
The old one is up there and works fine.

If it was just the colours that were causing problems then fair enough, but with the overall layout, font usage, content and navigation issues it's like wading through treacle.  I actually find it an effort to use the site in it's current form.

I think someone might have been influenced by the Speccy colour pallette though....
