spywareblaster
« on: April 10, 2009, 06:54:17 AM »

There is a bew version of spywareblaster available from http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/sbdownload.html

You should change as the older versions will not now be offered any updates.

To install the new version, download and save
Come offline
Open existing version and disable all protections
Uninstall via add/remove programs
Install new version.
Check for updates
Enable all protections.

There is also the option to get the paid for version for free which automatically updates, but you have to select to subscribe to one of the options given.

I don't mind updating manually, at least that way if something goes wrong then it's a good indication of what may of caused it to happen, (especially with the frequency of updates)
