Morning all,

Maybe I should have put 13a.... good job I'm not stooperstitious!  Well it looks like a nice start to the morning, no wind out there and some sun....I think they said the temps would be around 14 (whatever that is in old money)....so might be nice for a change.

Hope you all have a good day whatever you're doing, not much going on here apart from a cuppa later with friends.  Enjoy your day and I hope the weather is treating you well in your neck of the woods.

Very pleasant day coming here, soft and mild with the cloud broken up.
Will fiddle around in the garden again. Nothing special on the go so will relax and cause mayhem among the weeds...........TD enjoys that..

      ....  Up with the dawn chorus this morning .......and the moon !!  I'm looking after a neighbours Labrador for a couple of days, so was hot footing it across the vines early doors  !!   since then  we have been stacking some of the 6 cubic metres of oak we acquired recently, I've now left hubby to it    .... it  MUST be nearly bedtime 

...  have a  good cuppa Chrissie and don't forget the Bourbons !     ....  bon jardinage TD  !!

Morning all. It's a shopping day for me today - Soo's birthday is on Sunday and I'm doing a small but fairly elaborate dinner party.

On the subject of food, you may remember that I made some sloe gin last autumn. I tasted some of it at Christmas, but left the rest until recently, and it's now quite delicious. Even better, after decanting the liquid the gin-soaked sloes make a wonderful sweet with Greek yogurt and honey. That's what we'll be having on Sunday.

I'm here TD, 

Good (late) afternoon all,just started raining.

Had the skip delivered today so its been hectic,my B.I.L has done most of the work,he has be an absolute star.
I am in quite a lot of pain so will be going to lay down shortly.I am pumped up with pain killers and feel a little drousy.
Nice to see Floydy back with us.
Hope everyone has had a good day,you will be tired with the dog sitting Kate( especially with a Labrador)
