After a recent question of how to disable the notification each time a possible virus was found when running a scan, I think I may have found a way around the problem. Although it's not perfect it does work.
First of all go to "Settings" then go to "Confirmation" now in the bottom panel marked "Uncheck confirmation message to disable them (and vice versa)" then remove the checkmark on the line that says "Message when error occurred during results processing" (second line down)
By removing the checkmark from the box detailed above, if during a scan you receive a warning.
What you must then do is to place a checkmark in the box that says "Don't show this dialog next time" then press "Continue"
The scan will then continue and give the complete results at the end of the scan without notifying you of any other occurrences, you must then decide what to do with the result (if any).
However, because you need to wait for that first message to appear which may take some time, what I did was create a folder and place a file (Keygen) in it which I know is not a virus although it keeps being flagged as a virus if I try to open it.
I named this folder "1 TEST" (without the quotes) and placed it in my C: root drive.
(Any name will do, but it must start with the number 1 then it will always be the first folder in the list to be scanned)
Now when a scan is run that folder is checked first, and almost straightaway I can then place the tick in the box and continue, thus leaving me then to walk away from the PC until the complete scan has finished.

If there is a alternative solution, then please let us know. "Thanks"
