I never realised that was his name "Dave Dee" I always thought Dee was another member of the group.

Dave, Dee,Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich

Yes a sad loss, that clip was one of my favourites also.

For any not associated with music from the 1960's let me tell you Dave Dee (R.I.P),Dozy,Beaky,Mick and Tich were legends of that era.

He will be sadly missed  :no:

They certainly were legends for me. Even though I've had no interest in pop music for several decades, Dave Dee etc. still bring those long ago days back to life for me.

Well at least they did sing good songs with nice tunes and words you could hear... i must be getting old.

My era too, its very sad.




edit, just watched the link on Utube and he seemed to have aged quite well in comparison to 'tother fellow we were discussing.
