Very strange issue with Vodafone Hub today

First issue I've has since migrating to Vodafone. This morning I cold not access anything on my hosting site which also host my email, nothing worked accessing anything on the site despite the DNS resolving correctly to the IP address. I thought it was an issue with my hosting company. Then I tried using my phone not on wifi here but the phone network (EE) and I could access my site and email no problem. Rebooting the router has resolved the issue but I have no idea why I cold not access this on IP address prior to the reboot!

Any ideas?

In issues like this, when it next happens, do a DNS lookup manually, and also try a traceroute or MTR to your site.

The browser should at least tell you enough if its a DNS or timeout problem.
