How do i find out the WIFI power of various routers? - Having trouble getting signal in different room
Sorry to ask such a basic question !

The wifi power of all routers will be the same, 100mW governed by law.

Aerial design will determine the effectiveness of that power

Do you have a Android based mobile e.g. Samsung etc NOT Apple? Go to the Google playstore and find "WiFi Analyser", then you can walk room to room and measure signal strength, and from neighbours houses as well (Very important!).
Make a note of which Channel numbers (1-13) are in use by your next door neigbours in both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz (36-140). If your next door uses Channel 1 you need to set on your WiFi Router 4 numbers higher or lower than theirs (if you can). This should fix most signal strength issues.

This is where I would start ;)

For an iPhone you can use the Apple Airport App to scan and check which wi-fi channels are free:

I tend to use Inssider from Metageek, it has a useful graphical display and even says whether you're on a good channel.
These days you seem to have to have a Metageek account, that didn't used to be required.

The 100mW limit I quoted is for the 2.4Ghz band.
5Ghz Channels 36-64 (Band A) operate at 200mW
5Ghz Channels 100-140 (Band B) operate at 1000mW but have DFS restrictions to prevent interference with radar
