I was not aware they accepted orders before it was available so completely missed that.
I think it's relatively new and requires FTTP to be in planned status. Only some providers will support it.
Areas I've seen marked as "planned" in the past have had 1000/220 show available so hopefully your area increases from the current 330/50 when it's fully "available".
If it doesn't increase to 1000/220 and you want a higher tier from a provider who isn't showing the faster speeds available or might be worth poking someone to look in to if it's a database error.
BT Wholesale are next to impossible for end users to contact but going via Openreach can get that database fixed easily.
Andrew over at ThinkBroadband also has a few direct contacts in Openreach who can quickly fix database issues.
BT Wholesale were stuck showing planned for my address for over a month after other providers were showing live and accepting orders. Andrew had the database fixed for me within a couple days of contacting him.
I fear we may have taken the OP's thread a little off topic. I wonder if a set of paws could split our discussion of 330Mb vs 1000Mb availability to a new thread?
