Now thats one idea I didn't think of. Will give that a try when I'm more mobile.
In the wars again I'm afraid, stretched in bed this morning (as you do) there was a loud click and left knee has stopped being a knee. Its slightly warm and slightly swollen but hasn't got any worse, walking in a stiff legged fashion as knee will not bend, although I can do it manually without a great deal of discomdert. Resting it at the moment.
Confession time: I smoke and really could do to go to the co-op for supplies but there is no way I'm going to make it, the next 24hrs could be interesting.
