Netomnia use Openreach PIA, so usually you will get it after Openreach have deployed or have poles/ducts accessible.
They won’t touch you otherwise because (as in my case), it’s too expensive to build ducts or erect poles when they can just use OR’s

Well it seems like Netomnia has dried up like Rango!
Where as Nexfibre is all over the area like a rash! Even Roping in Town where the original VM build was done.
So, good Job I'm in the 50% of Wales that has FTTP by OR.

Have you seen Nextfibre have covered Pandy now, so you should be able to get VM through them.
