If you temporarily cap your downstream to say 40-45Mb/s then the DLM should hopefully change your line from Retx High to Retx Low within a few days.
This increases throughput from around 91% of sync to around 97% of sync.
Some lines only get around 88% of sync on Retx High for some unknown reason. Your line appears to be 1 of them.
