Why would such an expensive router only have 2 ethernet ports?
Because its all about WiFi and that annoys me no end as it causes end users to not even realise that cables are both an option and indeed a better option where possible.
Now that you have it running if you have ANY issues and contact Google they will give you the "we can detect your are using a VLAN" nonsense and your support from them will stop at that point.
Which of course is BS, the whole point of a VLAN is you CAN'T detect it once its been bridged/untagged back at the other end. I doubt there are any broadband connections that doesn't use VLANs somewhere upstream.
Netflix and Amazon only wish it was that easy to detect tunneling protocols, it would have out of region watching impossible over a VPN if they could actually detect the VPN rather than instead having to constantly update their IP blacklist against VPN providers.
