ZyXEL VMG1312-B10A in Bridge Mode - No Vectoring
« on: February 24, 2020, 12:26:00 PM »

Hi Guys,

I've recently switched to a Zyxel in bridge mode to my Asus ac68u due to my Draytek vigor 130  having lots of drop outs and after searching on the forum found it's better to have a broadcom modem as my cabinet is broadcom.

I've got it up and running with noi drop outs so far but I had vectoring on the Draytek and interleave delay was 13.

For some reason I've no vectoring after 4 days here are the stats

Has anyone any ideas?

Or is it just a case of waiting for the dlm to turn it back on?

also do you have stats from vigor 130? cause I guess these errors are quite high for a 1 day up time.

Are you certain that the Draytek was reporting that vectoring was enabled on your line, or was it merely indicating that its firmware (modem code) supported vectoring?

The 10 error seconds and serious error seconds were probably both in the first few minutes as to start with I had it set up wrong.

I'd put the Vlan 101 in the router and modem and I also changed setting from ppoe trying to get conection to the router.

As soon as I realised I only needed it on the modem the connection was up ( the modem was connected fine just not to the router)

Damn sorry,I've got G.inp mixed up with vectoring!

I could check on the Draytek it was on with retxenable.

Is the actual inp the G.inp on the Zyxel ? On the Draytek that used to be as low as 13

Do my modem stats seem ok ?

I can't see anything obviously abnormal.
