Mornin all,taken over from Chrissie today as her 'pooter' as she calls it is going under the knife so to speak.I know doubt she will be back asap to tell the tale. .Anyway,weathers sunny but breezy here.Just been looking at the 10 day forcast for where I'm going on sunday,its not too bad,part cloudy for most of next week and about 21C.Will be putting the roof box on today in readiness for instructions from 'the boss'.To be fair she does nearly all the car loading and all the other packing.

     ......   'tour guide hat' on today, we have friends here again ..... not sure where we're heading but,  I AM sure there will be a nice lunch in there somewhere !!   Gardening starts very early mornings now  7 ish up to about 9 ish ...to avoid the heat of the day .....   our 'man' is finally arriving this weekend to pollard the maple into our parasol and put the Virginia creeper under some control ....it's  like the 'day of the triffids' otherwise    .....Scotty sulking because he's being left 'in charge' at home      but he wouldn't enjoy the 'tourist guide' bit  ....

The wet and blustery stuff has passed over, and the sun is making an appearance again.

I've lost my wee mavis chick and fear the worst........can't even hear the parents calling for it..........will go and have a good rummage around.

Well done, unkyUb, for taking up the role as daily chat boss for the duration.

sunny and breezy here ... not long been up (lazy sod i know).  just cleaning, vaccuuming and washing up to do.  mrs pwigglers at work and kids at school - peace !!

may nip to sainsburys in derby in a bit ... the wines getting low !!

Morning all  , Just got out of hibernation and I found the wierdest thing there seemed to be this wierd clear liquid around my can of Pepsi in the fridge but everything else was ok, and it wasn't there last night and I live on my own so anyone come up with an explanation for this one
