Yeah, I shouldn't imagine AOL (or probably any ISP in fact) will keep a sync-by-sync record of your connection rate.
The only things that may still be on record might be any BT speedtests you did whilst you were still with AOL (which records the sync rate in the results). But I wouldn't know whether these would even still be available, and even if they were, who would have access to them. AOL don't 'own' your line anymore, and your new ISP probably can't access them, so the answer to your question is more than likely no, I'm afraid
