In the beginning was the Plan.
Thus begat the assumptions.
And the assumptions were without form.
And the plan twas without substance.
and the darkness was apon the face of the workers.
They spoke amongst themselves, stating:
"Tis yey verilly a crock of p00 !"
And the workers went unto the supervisors and sayeth:
"Tis a pile of dung that none may abide the odour thereof."
And the supervisors went unto the managers and sayeth unto them:
"Tis a container of excrement and it is yey very strong such that none may abide by it"
And the managers went unto their directors and sayeth:
"Tis a vessel of fertilizer, and none may abide it's strenght."
And the directors spoke unto themselves, saying to one to another:
"Forsooth, it contains that which aids growth and tis very strong."
And the directors went unto the CEO and sayeth unto him:
"It promotes growth and is very powerfull"
And the CEO sought out the Chairman and sayeth unto him:
"This new plan will actively growth and efficiency of this organisation,and in these areas in particular.

So Thus the Chairman looked apon the Plan, as foresaw that it was good, thus the plan became the policy.
