Tried speaking to them again, still no luck, i did get confirmation that staff who do give out the username and passwords will get fired, so im obviously not going to try and push someone into getting fired for the sake of getting a username and password. Im getting a phone call soon as im having an issue with my line, been running speed tests all day and been constantly getting around 12Mbps... even though the router tells me that its getting 60Mbps... which is a lie and its probably peaking at that for a second while it up links so the router can get its speed. One thing i have found very odd, is the router makes absolutely no use of its WAN port... its RJ11 or bust with that thing... Which is kind of odd to me. I wish there was an easy way of being able to grab the username and password from something like Wireshark... but at this point it seems to be impossible, VF have covered their tracks very well when locking down this router.
