Also recommended is r2 Startup Delayer "which looks a lot less confusing" and is a FREE program, so no time restriction.

All-in-all, if either of these programs do the job, then I think it/they would be well worth having.

oops missed that one -too late - thanks anyhow OF

Kitz, not to worry, the alternative had a "very basic" GUI but also worked well.

Although it worked well, except after disabling/removing the programs from the startup option that I had set to open at specific times, I had to reset the "Start with windows" in their own settings.
Not a big deal, but just a heads-up.
