Mike, your local TV news station might be interested too (it's the sort of thing that gets featured on Anglia Tonight).  The more negative publicity your council get, the better.  But as Dave suggests, contact the local rag first.

I have a set of 6 fixed IP's From  Eclipse  isp.BT ADSL2(G992.3) line>HG612 as a Modem, Bridge, WAN Not Bound to LAN1 or 2 + Also have FTTP (G.984) No One isp Fixed IP >Dual WAN pfSense (Hardware Firewall and routing).> Two WAN's, Ethernet LAN, DMZ LAN, Zyxel GS1100-24 Switch.

But make sure you "sell" them the story, just to cover your heartache, out of pocket expenses and obviously not forgetting for drinks all round for you fellow forum members. :congrats:

I had a similar thing on my windscreen once... some traffic warden obviously letting me know that I was parked OK. He left a note saying "Parking Fine". So that was nice ;D
