Is it worth getting an engineer out?

Hi there, I have recently got FTTC, probably been installed and running for around 8 months now. I have went through several modems trying different configurations etc

What I have ended up with is a rock solid FTTC connection using a Billion 8800nl.
Here is my stats:

What I am asking tho is it possible I am not achieving the correct speed as I am pretty close to the cabinet so was expecting to receive 70+mb.

Is it worth getting an engineer to have a look at my line, or do you think I have the maximum speed for my connection?

That address for Google 31.55.167.186 is actually a BT address, not Google :(

Oh is it, it may be due to the fact I'm using Google DNS, the ping to bbc is a little more at 18ms.

Why is it giving back a BT address then?

Maybe BT are hijacking your DNS lookups to enable their Parental Controls to function
