PS.
Just found
this which explains what it most likely is. - They do all the cable laying and maintenance (both copper & fibre) & core duct installations in Ireland for BT... and have done since 2004. They also cover NI. Knowing where NS lives, then it makes sense that KNNS would be the people working on cabs in his area.
BT Term Contract. Client: BT Ireland
Duration: June 2004 – present (ongoing)
KN Network Services provide professional network installations and maintenance services on both copper and fibre networks. These range from managing customer service provision and repair work, to large network renewal and investment schemes, whilst keeping the existing infrastructure working to its optimal performance.
So they will have most likely been doing a repair, or adding new fibre.

Ah, ha. Your more, in-depth, research shows that N*Star may have less of a worry. ![Smiley :)](https://forum.kitz.co.uk/Smileys/kitzemotes/smiley.gif)
Yep. Im now convinced they are two entirely separate companies.
KN Group has no mention of 'Kelly' on its site other than the surname of their CEO. The surname Kelly is quite common in Ireland aside from the fact that he appears to have been made CEO long after the company formed, so I think 'Kelly' is a red-herring when it comes to KNNS.
