Sorry.. that probably came out completely wrong... hope you didn't take it that I was being short with you, was just they can explain it better than I can.

It's just a cute little thing to put on a website for something different :)

Given how long it's been around (I remember writing a caching system for it once so I could use it as a forum avatar without overloading their server - and that was at least 6 years ago!) - I've only seen it on sites other than this one a small handful of times!

That's cute - I've used it on my home page (stored on my PC) to indicate the weather here and in St Petersburgh.

Just to keep us amused till we go on our cruise to the Baltics in May. Now we have a ticker counting down the days, plus a weather comparison. This keeps my wife happy!
