Just looked at the link. Yes it's the SSFP one I have.

Sorry, I'm out of ideas on this. All I can suggest is to pursue the replacement of the D-side cable as mentioned in your original post.

I have to be honest, I don't think you'll ever get 70Mbps again but you may get a bit more than you get now.

Hi everyone

I've installed DSLstats. Can anyone advise what setting I need to select in order to help with this issue? Should I just tick everything to be monitored?

Thanks in advance.

It's usually best to tick everything, unless you have a very low powered PC or an underpowered modem.

a key bit of information is missing here.

1 - what was the estimated speed on signup.
2 - what is the current estimated speed from here. https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/adsl.htm?s_cid=btw_furl_adslchecker_applications_diagnostics_adslchecker

Hi everyone

I'ved got home and noticed my download speeds are crawling again. I've set dslstats off and in 10 minute it's reporting lots of FRC errors on the graph. I've taken a copy of the output which is below. Is this normal?
Per second   Per minute   Per hour     Per day

CRC   Up   0      0      0      0
   Down   0      0.24      14.3      343

FEC   Up   0      0      0      0
   Down   0.03      1.72      103      2472

HEC   Up   0      0      0      0
   Down   0.02      1.05      63.0      1511

ES   Up   0      0      0      0
   Down   0      0.24      14.3      343

SES   Up   0      0      0      0

It would be much better if your register (preferably your forum name) at http://www.mydslwebstats.co.uk then enable stats uploads from DSLStats, then everyone can look at your stats in much more detail.

Hi guys

Did anyone have a peak at mydslstats ? I had it running for a few days until my nephew stayed and unplugged it!

My ISP have purchased some new monitoring system and I'm being cut over to it so they can monitor 24/7 their side to see what's going on.

I've noticed someone else has posted something similar to mine but hasn't got an answer yet either.

Unfortunately if you've not uploaded any stats for a couple of days then you no longer appear in the user list, simply start uploading again and you should appear again.

Hopefully then one of the experts will have a look for you.

You last uploaded on the 11th July at 03:55...

Might be worth reminding everyone that if you don't upload or view your stats for three months, all your stats get deleted. The account remains though for future use.

Yes by brother got married on the 10th and that was the time we got in and my nephew was a bit tipsy and moved my laptop and plugged everything. :-)

I've set it off again about an hour ago.

One thing i've noticed is G.INP still hasn't kicked in yet on this cab.

If you can see data prior to the 11th. Can you spot anything happening between 11am and 5pm? My speed gets crippled during this time. I'm guessing OR haven't put enough bandwidth on the cab and the local business park connected to the cab is hammering it.

Hi Guys

This has been running now for a few days and is still uploading data for you to see. Does anything jump out at you?

BT OR area manager has replied to my ISP saying my speeds I'm getting are fine and my line is crystal clear. A very bold statement. He offers no explanation as to the original question but says they can send some one out to mine to do a survey to get FTTP but at a cost to me. So the only winner here is BT OR!

Thanks again
