In that case, when ordering the new VDSL2 based product from the ISP/CP, request a "managed install" as the NTE5/A will need to be re-sited. As long as a proper Openreach technician (i.e. one of Black Sheep's flock) is tasked to perform the work it would be the simplest and best solution.
