After seeing all your stats lewisp8 i am going to have to go with with the BT Availability checker as a FTTC Range B impacted high 19.1

Band plans have not changed since the re flash, here are the QLN and HLOG graphs, may i also say thank you for all the help from everyone who has replied!

I can't immediately see any major issues, other than Line & Signal attenuation being too high to use any of the higher frequency tones.

I'm not sure, but  I think DSLStats intentionally only displays Hlog & QLN data for the tones in use rather than for the whole 4096 tones.

I wonder if there could be a sudden drop in values at the start of the D2 band which effectively blocks any use of it at all.
(Although -65 t0 -70 does generally appear to be the cut off point for Hlog attenuation before tones become unusable).

That's correct. I don't remember now why I did it that way, and I could no doubt show the whole range (depending on the type of connection) if it's helpful.

Just noticed, on the telegraph pole outside there is a plastic cover cable tied to it! which seems to have become slightly detached

I have read through this thread and checked my own stats, it would appear I have the same chipset vendor as the op BDCM:0xa485 / v0xa485 I also have the same DS Discovery phase band plan that stops at tone 3959. I too am on a rather long line 1 mile by road from cab to house.
