kitz notice how close your signal attenuation is to your line attenuation on D1. I think thats due to lack of power cutback.
Ive noticed before that your D1 bit loading shows a different shape than mine, and evidence of some form of shaping either through PBO / PSD Masks.
Out of interest is your cab a fair distance from the exchange? The further away the cab from the exchange, then the more likely any of those VDSL lines will impact on neighbouring adsl lines, so it makes sense that as the cab distance from the exchange increases, then the more those vdsl lines will have to be shaped.
Yet on adsl its the short 'E' side lines that have PBO applied the most. VDSL PSD masks not only have to consider distance from the cab, but also the exchange distance and have to be factored accordingly.
btw iirc you asked in another thread what the
difference between line and signal attenuation was. I'd already pre-empted that question and put a link in the post previous, which explained the difference between the 2... but in summary yep because of the difference in which the way the 2 are measured, that
could explain why you see a difference between the 2 in your D1 band.. which is where most of the PSD masks are applied.
