My QLN once again

On this forum I've read that my QLN is normal but it is doubtful for me at this moment. It seems somewhat abnormal. My average QLN is about -115 dBm/Hz but I read on this forum it should be -130 to -140 dBm/Hz. Is my QLN result of crosstalks?
