LOTS of Routers?!?!?!
« on: November 06, 2013, 11:38:55 PM »

Am I the only one who has a large cupboard full of routers? I am starting to think that perhaps I should see somebody about it!

I haven't got the room for a large cupboard.   All the space is taken up by modem/routers.  ::)

Not in a cupboard, but about a dozen at a guess.  :-X

At first glance I misread routers for routiers,  and wondered what you were doing with a large cupboard full of lorry drivers Alec   ::) :D

I haven't got any btw .....   now if you were talking about shoes  ;)

I think I have around 8 now; some of them even work.

Though interestingly, there isn't one that I'm completely happy with - they all seem to have some feature or fault that otherwise spoils them.

Still, it's always handy to have a spare  :D

I spend a fair bit of time testing different routers (it's almost a hobby in itself) so I've got a cupboard full as well as a wardrobe full (slight exaggeration). :)

Haven't counted lately, but I've probably got around ten at the moment.

I wouldn't worry Alec - you're not alone, it's not notifiable, and AFAIK not contagious.   ;D

Totally agree. There's just some excitement in seeing if the sync speed is improved! or perhaps if the wireless is better!
