TBH.. I hadnt really thought about it and Im not to go searching now, but something to do with lactic acid and lactic specific bacteria
Yep mould is also used... but I dont like blue cheese.. and yeah Im one of those that cuts the rind off brie.
I know some people are lactose intolerant, but to me there's a difference between lactic bacteria and e.coli... and there are also those that are unable to tolerate aspartame.
Ok I may not be right about cheese.... pleeeeeeeeeease dont tell me more... I like cheese
