Does anyone now if there is a version of Router Stats that will work with my D-LINK 3780.

If you can identify a page in the router's GUI where the stats are displayed, you can probably set it up manually to work with your router. The various methods are described in some detail here: http://www.vwlowen.co.uk/internet/routerstatshelp/routerstatshelp.htm . Start with the section "Finding the URL".
