Not if you sign up to their T's & C's either explicitly or indirectly by not closing your account. My understanding is that you still retain copyright but cannot prevent usage as you have signed up.

I saw this yesterday and mentioned it elsewhere.  I was in 2 minds whether to mention it over here as I know quite a few of the regs dont bother with Facebook.

Its a pretty dirty trick, in that any of your images will be used (along with your information) to spam advertising to your friends.   There is no getting around the new T&C's.   Although instagram came pre-installed on my i-pad, I want no part of it and Ive deleted the app.

A few of my friends have also deleted it and are now moving over to Pixir-o-matic.

I think they pushed things too far and upset far too many people, and are obviously very worried.
 Im not re-installing it..  although I shall look with interest on what terminology they come up with next.
