There appears to be some confusion about what it is you are wanting to know.
At first I assumed you were asking how to set up a BT HH3 on a utilities warehouse connection, but since you appear to be connecting using a BT connection, Im not sure if this is what you are meaning?

We arent spelling nazi's on here, but it would be helpful if you could please clarify what you are needing help with.   FYI there is a thread devoted to the HH3 here
