If you turn to BBC Parliament TV channel right now, you can watch a re-run of the BBC coverage of the February 1974 general election.

Its quite interesting to see the technological differences, some of the outside broadcasts are still black and white, and the picture judders when cutting from one feed to another!

As I write this (11:15am on Saturday) the broadcast has just turned midnight, so there's plenty more to go for the next few hours if you'd like to dip in.

Interesting, it blends in nicely (pace-wise) with the Paralympics that I have on TV at the same time - while watching 1974 on the PC.
