Gentlefolk,
It is perhaps a sad reflection on the state of UK plc when an Assistant Chief Executive says he's unfamiliar with the technology and wants to provide business class services, but doesn't mention symmetric services (or even the same speed to and from the building).

Agreed. It is true and rather sad to say that there are a number of numpties in mediocre positions of influence within this Nation.
