Well, I applied and got mine in today's post .............. an invitation to join the RSPB and receive the bird feeders as a gift for doing so!  Not what I expected.   :o

I'm a bit confused here. Didn't you guys want to join the RSPB? or weren't you expecting the gift for doing so?

I was under the impression it was a free gift, but when I have just checked back via the link it says FREE pack.Although it didn't actually say what was in the free pack....

Not to worry......no one's died  ;D

Tbh I had the RSPCA on the phone trying to give me the hard sell last night. He was very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer(well he did at finish)..I told him we donate to the PDSA and also a local Springer Spaniel rescue, but he was still pushing for money, wanted £10 a month, then £6,Then £3 before I lost my temper slightly. He apologised and bid me a pleasant evening.

The RSPB aren't normally like that. Perhaps they've employed an external company to do a recruiting drive for them.
