Subject: Broadband Connectivity Issues.

We have received notification from our suppliers that there is an issue with one of their major routing servers, which affecting around 20,000 of our customers in the South of England. This in turn will be affecting connectivity to the internet.

The next update on this is due at 2:30pm.  Any updates in the intervening period will be posted here.

Subject: Broadband Connectivity Issues. - Resolved

We have received notification from our suppliers that the recent connectivity issues across the south of England have now been resolved.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and customers should be back online now.

If you are still experiencing problems, please power off your router for a minimum 60 minutes, then power it back up and you should be able to connect. If you still have connection issues, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
