21CN regrade on AAISP a/c
« on: May 11, 2011, 01:41:38 PM »

Hello everybody,

Does anybody know the procedures involved when BT O regrade an exchange from 20CN to 21CN?
On THCN BT have announced a RFS date of 31 march 2011 and we have observed that all Zen services and a few of BT's own services have been regraded.

AAISP say they have less than the 12 clients on THCN so there will not be a bulk free upgrade and suggest we should pay £11.00 for an individual one.

Surely BT will want to transfer everyone off their 20CN service before long so that they can decommission the old equipment?

Kind regards,
Walter

Thanks Leo,

I suspected there was some such sort of constipation in BT's systems although I realise BT have an awful lot going on at the moment some of which seems to be falling behind the promised dates.

Kind regards,
Walter
