Hi people,
I have this doubt about how do carriers of home/mobile phone in other countries handle the timer for billing you on the next month.
I mean, here in Brazil if i make a call someone and talk for more than 3 seconds, they will charge me for a 30 seconds call. And if i keep talking after 30s the amount will increase by 6 seconds. For example, if I talk for 33s, they will charge me 36s. for 43s they will charge 48s and so on.
Does this also happens in the country you live? I think this is quite unfair since I bought a packet with 500 minutes to use on my mobile per month and I am losing minutes by this action.
How the timer there works?
Thanks!
