The broadband is down.
I switched off the router for an hour at lunchtime whilst I moved some furniture and now all I get is a blinking light on the 2 Wire 2700 broadband light.
It can't establish a connection. I've tried a different router and leads and plugged directly into the test socket.
Same thing happened on Monday the first day I had it officially activated but it did eventually go to a continuous light and work.
And the day after they put in the new tel line the guy came back saying there was a fault showing on the exchange comp.
Asked me to take out my phone wait a day and connect a different phone.
You see it's always the customers equipment at fault never Openreach.
I've contacted the ISP today who are putting in a fault report with Openreach same as I did not Monday before the fault righted itself and I established a connection.
Am back to the dongle........oh dear.
