Routerstats summary page....errrr!

Summaries normally look like

SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]:   18.0 / 6.0
Vendor ID (Local/Remote):   TMMB / IFTN
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote):   0 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote):   0 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote):   0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote):   0
Error Seconds (Local/Remote):   0 / 0
FEC Errors (Up/Down):   0 / 145,415
CRC Errors (Up/Down):   0 / 227

This evening the connection dropped and now the summary is as in the image below.

Can anyone suggest what might have happened and how to recover to a standard summary page

That is odd .What have you tried ?.

If you have tried the obvious like restarting RS ,delete RS and new Download ?.

Actually, as Plusnet had warned there was to be overnight BT work that could cause problems, I disconnected and powered off.

This morning the summary was back to normal, so for at least now problem solved.


Thanks for tip about 6.4: I'll have a look at it.
