Subject: Broadband Phone voice quality problems (63650) - NEW
Customers using our Broadband Phone service have reported that some calls are of poor quality, this appears to be caused by packet loss.
Our network engineers are currently investigating to try to locate the source of the problem.
EDIT for update. Does anybody know if this fault affects other ISPs as well ?
Our suppliers have designed a upgrade and change to their core network which is scheduled for 3am-5am Friday morning. This work needs to take place out of hours due to the downtime involved.
