I have been caught out by these people - let's see if I get the promised refund direct or via the PayPal dispute resolution.

[EDIT] After contacting PayPal for resolution, the money was refunded within 6 hours - not bad PayPal!

Just a shame it had been going for a whole month.

What did they do.. just take the money and run without sending a valid code?
