Thanks,

But what is a Poll?
and what does it do?

Sorry if I seem a little thick, but it's not something I've come across before.

O F,

Here?s what a poll would look like on these forums http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y257/gaff_uk/ScreenHunter_29.gif

What you do is ask a question and give at least 2 alternative answers, then a person has the choice of what to vote for.

Thanks Kitz

Thats a really nice piece of kit.

So we could start one for "you" on who thinks you should get the drinks in next. (Tea or Ovaltine) that is.

No but seriously, I can see that coming in very useful at some time or other.

Thanks again "O enlightened one"

lol at you 2 :)

yep stan *got in there first*

Have a play if you like OF and try set up a poll for anything you like
(well within reason).  ;)

Hopefully you shouldnt be able to break anything, and if you do anything wrong you can always change it by using the *Edit* button.

And if you really get stuck one of the forum mods will be able to change it or even delete it... so dont worry about it.

You obviously don't know me,

If it ain't broke, give it to Phil.

PS, Only been here a few days, but so-far I think I've managed to wreck not only the Signature section but also the Avatar section.
(Signature now working, must have been logging out and back in)

Because mine now no longer work.

Who me problems (thats my middle name) how did you guess.

But seriously, I got the signature working now, must have just needed logging out and back in again that cured that.

But I can't get the Avatar working.
I did have a "blank square" showing at one time, so I deleted it, now I am unable to select anything with regards to Avatar.

In Options it is showing
HTML is OFF
BBCode is ON
Smilies are ON

Disable BBCode in this post is "unchecked"
Disable Smilies in this post is also "unchecked"

With you avatar it can only be  80 pixels x  80 pixels, that?s a wee bit bigger then mine.

When you link to your host it should be like this [img  http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y257/gaff_uk/enub_dancer_32x32.gif   [/img] I?ve taken the second bracket out

No not the signature picture, the avatar on the left hand side beneath your name, the jumping man?

In my Profile, the Avatar settings (at the very bottom) are all blank with nothing to select or click on.

That's where you put the link. "Link to off-site Avatar:" like the one in my previous post.
