Probably the reason for the 15,000 MS workers who are being laid off January 15th 2009.

ps.
Actually it's not too bad, a cross between XP and Vista.
Vista and XP make 7 letters so you decide!

Been having fun with my MCE version of late and someone offered to send me a copy Windows 7 MCE last week.

TBH not interested/ dont have the time to be playing with such things these days, so spent most of last night formatting and reinstalling XP MCE.  Once its up and running again properly then that will do me.  At least I know its legit. :)

Would be interesting to see how windows 7 performs though and if its any better than Vista
- my copy of Vista MCE is still sat doing nothing..  total waste of money.

I can only repeat what a few other people have said (for obvious reasons)

But apparently when installed as a Up-grade it has found almost 98% of existing drivers including drivers for games.
Although one or two things do get upset, such as previously created "Task Schedules"
But is also smoother to run than Vista but still looks very much like Vista in most departments.
